How to set up Incy VPN and import a subscription

Set up Incy with OutSpeed VPN: find official downloads, import a compatible subscription, choose a server and troubleshoot connection errors.

Searching for Incy VPN downloads brings up both app pages and provider websites. To connect, you need the Incy client and an active subscription with compatible settings. Here is how to find the original app and test your OutSpeed VPN connection.

What Incy does and where servers come from

Incy connects your device using a profile. Your OutSpeed VPN account manages your subscription, while the client uses its connection settings. Installing the app does not create an OutSpeed VPN account or renew a plan.

Start with your account instructions and check that Incy supports your platform and profile format. If it is not listed, ask support about a compatible import method. Support for a protocol alone does not establish compatibility with every profile parameter.

Official Incy downloads for mobile and desktop

Begin at incy.cc or the official INCY-DEV/incy-platforms repository. Follow its store and release links, choosing the build for your operating system and architecture.

The desktop client is currently pre-alpha. Test normal tasks before replacing a working desktop setup. Keep the old profile until you have checked browsing, calls and recovery after sleep. Change one variable at a time when comparing clients.

Import your OutSpeed VPN subscription into Incy

  1. Check your active OutSpeed VPN subscription and device allowance.
  2. Copy the complete compatible subscription URL from the connection instructions, rather than the account sign-in URL.
  3. Open the add-provider or subscription action in Incy and use URL, clipboard or QR import supported by that version.
  4. Confirm that a profile and server list appear. If your account opens Incy automatically, confirm the import in the app.
  5. Choose an available server, connect and allow the required system VPN configuration.

Button labels differ between versions. Look for the action that imports a subscription, and do not enter your account password into configuration fields. Keep the link and QR code private.

Verify the connection

After the connected status appears, test a website and a separate app. Repeat with the same server on Wi-Fi and mobile data, recording any difference.

With split routing, an IP lookup only describes the particular browser and destination used. It does not establish the route of every app. Check the service that you actually need.

If import or connection fails

  • Empty server list: check the complete URL, subscription status and supported format.
  • Import error: record the message and compare the link with your account instructions.
  • Servers appear but fail: refresh the profile and try a second server on the same network.
  • Only one network works: record the provider and comparison.
  • Failure after an update: include your platform and Incy version, especially on desktop pre-alpha.

For OutSpeed VPN support, send the operating system, client version, server name and error. A full personal profile is not needed in a public chat, and randomly editing keys can make diagnosis harder.

Common questions

Are Incy and OutSpeed VPN the same provider?

No. Incy is a separate client; OutSpeed VPN supplies connection settings and access under your subscription.

Can Incy replace Happ or Hiddify?

If the relevant Incy release supports your profile and its parameters, yes. Confirm import and connection on one device using OutSpeed VPN instructions first.

Must I transfer keys manually?

A supported subscription import normally uses a URL. Ask support about the format if no servers appear instead of editing settings at random.
